You have the choice between two technological paths from which you can start. Are your business processes based on SAP ERP or S/4HANA technology? Do you need a product that can also be accessed from any SAP Fiori Standard or ZFiori? Then SAP Fiori Inbox in combination with the digital signature folder is the right choice for you. Minimise the implementation effort by adding the digital signature to the workflows and processes already mapped in SAP. Signatures can be realised just as easily in your company.
Have you been caught off guard by the changes in the world of work with home office and teleconferencing? With your company's own user, you and your employees can log into the web application quickly and easily and sign everything in no time at all.
With a mobile remote signature, independent of time and place
With the mobile, digital signature folder, you have the essential assets of modern approval processes at your disposal: You can automatically merge documents from different backend systems such as SAP ERP, S/4HANA or Microsoft SharePoint into your folder (enterprise variant), and sign them with the required level of security regardless of time and location. Existing workflows can be seamlessly integrated from your backend systems. For an easy start, we offer the digital signature folder as a stand-alone version. Alternatively, documents from the file system can be uploaded to the folder using drag & drop and you have the option of mapping simple workflows (multiple signatures, round trips).
The digital signature folder ensures the secure and traceable exchange of electronic documents between all persons and systems involved. And best of all: both versions of the signature folder can be combined with each other!
Thanks to the seamless integration of different remote signature providers - you can sign in a legally compliant manner using the signature method of your choice (eIDAS) without having to worry about the tedious management of certificates.
Use smartphones, tablets or other mobile devices for approval. You can authorise contracts, NDAs, offers, orders or invoices (SEPA, e-billing) with any signature method (simple image signature, individually generated stamp, using software certificates, signature cards or Sign Pad).
The e-Sign Agent integrated in the signature folder optionally supports many hardware-based signature methods.
