The intuitive design, combined with practical features such as the ability to have a document signed by several people as part of a workflow, is showcased in our new video. You have the choice between two technological paths from which to begin. Are your business processes built on SAP ERP or S/4HANA technology? Do you need a product that can also be accessed from any SAP Fiori Standard or ZFiori application? Then the SAP Fiori Inbox, combined with the digital signature folder, is the right choice for you. Minimise implementation effort by extending the workflows and processes already mapped in SAP with digital signatures. It’s that simple to implement digital signatures within your organisation.
Were you caught off guard by the changes in the world of work, such as working from home and teleconferencing? Using your company’s user account, you and your staff can log in to the web application quickly and easily and sign everything in no time at all.
Using a mobile remote signature, regardless of time or place
With the mobile, digital signature folder, you have access to the key features of modern approval processes: You can automatically consolidate documents from various back-end systems such as SAP ERP, S/4HANA or Microsoft SharePoint into your portfolio (Enterprise version) and sign them with the required level of security, regardless of time or location. Existing workflows can be seamlessly integrated directly from your back-end systems. To get you started easily, we offer the digital signature folder as a stand-alone version. Alternatively, documents can be uploaded to the folder from the file system via drag-and-drop, and you have the option to set up simple workflows (multiple signatures, circulation rounds).
The digital signature folder ensures the secure and traceable exchange of electronic documents between all parties and systems involved. And best of all: both versions of the signature folder can be used in combination!
Thanks to the seamless integration of various remote signature providers, you can sign documents in a legally compliant manner using the signature method of your choice (eIDAS) without having to worry about the tedious task of managing certificates.
Use smartphones, tablets or other mobile devices for approval. You can authorise contracts, NDAs, quotations, purchase orders or invoices (SEPA, e-billing) using any signature method (such as a simple image signature, an individually generated stamp, software certificates, signature cards or Sign Pad).
The e-Sign Agent, which is integrated into the signature folder, supports a range of hardware-based signature methods as an optional feature.
