We can advise you remotely or on site, provide you with support via a standard service level agreement (SLA) or on demand on an individual basis. If required, we can take over the complete operation of the products in the r>it Cloud. Starting with a workshop on the basics of "digital signatures", through to the design and implementation of digital processes with the help of our tried-and-tested modular system.

One of our key differentiators from other providers is our high level of SAP integration expertise. We have been focussing on the optimal connection of our product range to the SAP ERP system (ERP or S/4HANA) since 1999. All our products support seamless integration into SAP (workflow, message determination, SAP ABAP add-on, SAP GUI integration, storage in your SAP archive, etc.).

Our support team is on hand with help and advice. Based on our product SLA, we are available from Mon-Fri 08:00 to 17:00 (excluding public holidays in Austria) to answer your questions.

Be it to keep your solution up to date, to answer your questions or to check signatures and certificates - if the worst comes to the worst - because you need help quickly to resolve your issue.

Software maintenance in a nutshell
We are constantly developing our software products further. We provide you with new updates, upgrades and service packs as part of the maintenance contracts. We value your feedback on existing products and it is often your ideas and suggestions that lead to improvements in our products. A long-term maintenance strategy is a matter of course for us!
