GOpus®eInvoice and e-Sign 4 - the ideal combination!

With the help of the SAP solution GOpus®eInvoice of our partner GOpus we enable companies to easily and automatically process electronic invoices in various international formats directly from the SAP® system. In a second step, e-invoices are digitally signed or encrypted.

Particularly in the context of legal requirements, such as those stipulated by the EU eIDAS directive or (inter)national e-invoicing rules, the requirements for authenticity, integrity and confidentiality of electronic documents are increasing. The digital signature ensures the authenticity of the invoice and proves that it cannot be changed, while encryption ensures a protected transmission path and mandatory access protection (e.g. with a password or token-protected link) so that unauthorised persons cannot access this sensitive data - especially in the case of sensitive B2G or B2B communication channels.

e-Sign 4 and GOpus®eInvoice complement each other perfectly: they enable the qualified electronic signature of documents and offer flexible encryption options - directly integrated into SAP and without media discontinuity. This means that outgoing invoices can not only be signed and securely transmitted in accordance with standards (e.g. as XRechnung or hybrid PDF), but also in a legally compliant manner. Invoices and other documents can also be sent encrypted from the SAP processes.
